Prices:
Currently, our site is still being developed, this means that occasionally the price displayed may be incorrect, this is due to work being carried out on our databse, and we reserve the right not to fulfil any order that is subject to an incorrect price. Please contact us to confirm any prices.
Any price displayed on aspirediamonds.co.uk is always the final amount you have to pay. Any additional cost you can think of (for example VAT, packaging, delivery or labour) is included in the price displayed on the website. We don't want to mislead you in anyway, so when you click the 'buy now' option the price will always remain exactly the same. If you wish for any addiitonal personalisations to be added to your piece, we can give you a competitive quote just by telephoning or visiting our retail store. In the unlikely circumstance where an inaccurate price has been listed on aspirediamonds.co.uk we aren't actually obligated to commit to the sale, however as we wish to ensure customer satisfaction every single time we aim to resolve the issue and come to an amicable agreement with the customer. Don't fret though, this really is a highly unlikely occurance. Just so you're aware we've listed the methods of payments we accept at aspirediamonds.co.uk:
- All major debit and credit cards are accepted ( this inlcudes American Express, and Solo Cards).
- Cheque (please note item will be dispatched once cheque has cleared)
- Cash (in-store payment only)
- Bank Transfer (certain stipulations on bank transfers can be arranged)
- Interest-Free Finance (terms and conditions apply - please see the 'Finance section for more information)
Delivery of Goods
We always aim to ensure that the delivery date given to you is as accurate as humanly possible, however we must stress that it is only an anticpated and estimated date given. Any order is always potentially subject to delay. We dislike the word delay, so we try and combat it as much as possible as we do not want to keep you waiting any longer. We allow 15 - 20 working days for all orders. Delivery time may be extended if it is deemed that the quality of the product could be compromised. We never reduce the quality of our products at all. Aspirediamonds.co.uk will always advise you as promptly as possible should your delivery date, on the rare occasion, be postponed.
Ring sizing
We offer a first resize as a complimentary service to all of our customers. If you require a further resize there will be a small charge incurred. It is generally a routine job that doesn't take a vast amount of time , however for metals such as platinum and palladium please allow extra time due to the precious nature of these metals.We will of course advise you every step of the way.
Orders
We are proud to offer an ordering service, so that you can get always get exactly what you want. We really stress that you ensure when placing a bespoke order that every single specification you require is correct . Of course we will triple check everything with you, but make sure you do too because once an item has been comissioned we can not take it back into stock. The last thing we would want is for you to be dissappointed.Similarly it is imperative that the finger size, especially for eternity rings, is correct when placing your order: some designs are virtually impossible to resize once the piece has meen made.
Aspirediamonds.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw any quaotation at any time proir to an order being placed. Unless stated in the quotation, every quaotaion will lapse unless accepted within 7 days from the date on which it was given to the customer. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any notice, and in the event of this the customer will of course be issued a full refund.
The number of diamond pieces stated is an approximate and may alter depending on the fingersize requested. If you would like to check this then please contact our customer services team.
Guarentees
We offer a complimentary annual clean, polish and service of all jewellery purchased with us and this is a lifetime guarentee to you.This basically means we invite you to send your item to us so it can be cleaned, polished and rhodium plated (only needed if you have an item made of yellow or white gold) by our expert team of polishers. We will also ensure that your diamond is as secure in its setting as possible. This entire process is complimentary so be sure to take full advantage so that the quality and aestheitcs of your item are as outstanding as they day you bought it. We ask you not to allow any third parties to work on your item: please always use us for any cleaning requirements or resizing. This is because unfortuantley we would have to withdraw our annual complimentary service if any thrid party were interfere with or alter your item.
At an additional cost of £25 we will provide you with an insurance valuation. If you make a copy of this - be sure to keep the original copy - just post this, along with a photograph of your item, to your insurance company. This will make the entire process of insuring youre jewellery far simpler.
Refunds
We offer a 14 day returns policy to our customers. Once the item has been returned to us in the exact condition that it was sold in and accompananied by all documentation, a full refund or exchange can be issued. All refunds will only be made via the original method of payment.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO BESPOKE ORDERS OR WITH ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE HAD PERONALISED ADDITIONS. You will be made aware of this before your order is placed.
Of course all our customers' statuory rights are not effected in any sale, however any damage that is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault will result in the customer being liable for any repair or replacement costs.
