UK Buyers
We aim to dispatch all our STOCK items within 2 working days and Catalogue ( Custom made ) orders within 15 to 20 working days.

We use Royal Mail NEXT DAY Special Delivery for shipping all our orders withing UK. This ensures that all orders are recorded and can be traced, with higher value items insured and guaranteed while in transit. However you need to sign for it so please make sure somebody is available to sign for it or will find a Royal mail card left for you.

Collection
Alternaitvely, you can come and collect from our Birmingham retail store located in the historic Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.

International Buyers
For overseas buyers, we use Royal Mail International delivery which takes 4-8 working days. If needed urgently, we can Fedex them at extra £40 and most probably you will have it within 2-4 working days.

I need to get this by Saturday as it’s a Birthday present. Can you help?
Our customer sales team are always happy to to help you to find item from our stocks. We will do our very best to ship it to you immediately so your item can reach you in plenty of time.

I will be collecting my item, do I have to book an appointment?.
Yes, we would definitely advise this. Simply let us know in advance when you are considering coming in and will allocate you a time. We are extremely flexible so don't worry if you are travelling a long way
