I haven’t used Aspire previously; can I be assured you are an experienced company that is trustworthy in the diamond industry?
Aspire is a company that boasts over 20 years of experience selling jewellery, in particular selling diamonds. Providing you with quality diamond jewellery at a price considerably lower than any high street store is our paramount intention. In addition to this we are proud members of the British Jewellers Association, Birmingham Assay Office and the ISIS (‘internet shopping is safe’). You can be assured that you are receiving an expert and secure service.
Is the internet the most secure way to purchase diamonds?
At Aspire all transactions – both online and in our retail store – are processed through a secure site that is provided and monitored by HSBC bank: ensuring 100% secure transactions at the highest level. Also the internet is becoming an increasingly favoured way to shop worldwide. The security of shopping online is ever-growing to support the vast number of internet shoppers who want peace of mind when buying online. Diamond Jewellery
Your prices are so competitive compared to other jeweller’s shops, why is this so?
Yes they are and this is because we concentrate on ensuring our jewellery is unique and special for each individual. We don’t have a massive stock holding because we don’t stock every single item displayed online with the intention to sell or dispatch it to you that very same day. We would prefer to take the time locating the exact piece of jewellery wanted by you and perfecting it into a bespoke piece. We do have copious pieces of jewellery in our retail store, but we insist on ensuring it is perfect for you: if we don’t have it in stock we can comfortably order it to be with you within 15 working days.
What quality of diamonds do you use in your diamond jewellery?
All of our diamonds have “The 4 Cs” (as standardised by the GIA) attributed to them to determine their diamond quality. We offer an array of grades of diamonds and we present you with four or five options in your preferred design in order to suit your budget. We mostly stock jewellery containing ‘white’ diamonds, which are brilliant and sparkling stones. We also offer diamond jewellery with a SI quality diamonds, all of which are a high standard in terms of diamond quality. For those who wish for even greater brilliance we also offer VS quality diamonds that are nearly clear at 10 times magnification. All of our diamonds that are above 1.00ct are certified and are accompanied with an individual diamond certificate.

What if I get my diamond ring and it is too big or too small?
We happily offer a complimentary ring re-sizing service to all of our valued customers.
Yes. It is a legal requirement in the United Kingdom that all precious metal is hallmarked by the British Assay Office. In short, this means that the purity of the metal has been tested and approved. We also offer nickel-free diamond earrings in order to comply with current EU legislation.
What is a diamond certificate?
This is a certificate of quality that provides detail of the specifications that have been attributed to the diamond under scientific precision in an expert laboratory. It is issued by internationally recognised and renowned institutions. The certificate ensures authenticity and guarantees the quality of the product you are buying. Ordering
Can I view my jewellery before purchasing it?
Of course! We realise that buying diamond jewellery can be a significant time for our customers so we happily invite you to visit our retail store. Our expert consultants will be pleased to assist you and answer any queries you may have. Just call in (please see our opening times) or call us to arrange an appointment.
I live too far away to come to your store. Can I just speak to someone for some advice and help?
Absolutely! While there are extensive details on our website, we do have a dedicated customer helpline who will happily assist you with any queries. Please call 0121 236 5799.
How do I purchase an item?
Simply select the piece of diamond jewellery you wish to purchase and place it in your ‘shopping basket’. Once you have completed your selection/s simply select ‘checkout’. Here, you will be asked to enter your card details – we do accept all major debit and credit cards. Once this has been completed you will receive an email confirming your order.
The payment system is rejecting my debit/credit card details. What should I do?
If this is happening, there is a reason for it. Ensure that all details have been entered correctly (sort code/ account number/ expiry date/ issue number/ security code/ address/ postcode). If you continue to have problems with the automated system, then do not hesitate to contact our customer service team who will assist you. We are able to manually process payments and will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items that are already in stock will be dispatched in the UK within 3-5 working days once you have placed your order. However this may take longer if you have opted for a ‘Special Order’ and also for items that are currently out of stock when your order is placed. Of course we will notify you personally should the lead time take any longer, but it is approximately 15 working days.
What about if I need it sooner than 15 working days?
If you require your item as soon as possible, then please make our customer service team aware of this by sending us an email or calling us. We will do our absolute best to meet your requirements.
If I email with an enquiry how long do I have to wait for a response?

Packaging and Delivery
How will my diamond jewellery be packaged?
All of our diamond jewellery is always delivered in fine packaging. Whatever the style, type or value of your purchase, a presentation case and/or jewellery pouch will accompany your item/s.
When will I know exactly when my purchase is going to be delivered? It won’t just turn up in the post will it?
No. At Aspire we will notify you directly before the item is dispatched. As all of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery we will be able to give a time scale of when exactly the item will arrive with you (this is typically between 8am and 1pm on the day after the item is dispatched). A signature is required upon arrival., so we need to be certain somebody will be present to receive the package.
Can I return the item if I don’t like it, and if so, how do I do this?
We are pleased to offer a 14 day ‘no-hassle’ return policy on our items. We have a simple procedure to follow that can be found in ‘Return’ section on the Aspire website. Please be aware that ‘Special Order’ items are excluded from our 14 day money back guarantee.
I Don't see any mention of V.A.T, is this included in the price?
All our prices are inclusive of V.A.T. (Our V.A.T Number is: 824525534)
Concerns
I have heard about ‘conflict’ diamonds. What does this mean exactly?
Unfortunately an illegal diamond trade does exist in some third-world countries of the world. The money generated by these illegal diamond sales fuel terrorist activities. The diamond industry, along with many governments worldwide, continues to take steps to eradicate these intolerable and disgusting goings-on. Films, such as “Blood Diamond”, have only heightened the notion that the diamond trade is one that is corrupt. Here at Aspire we absolutely assure all our customers that our diamonds are ‘conflict-free’. We want our diamonds to be cherished as true symbols of love.
